Multicomponent Internal Standard Methods for Determination of Vanadium, Chromium, Nickel, and Copper in Tool Steel Samples in Continuum-light-source Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

چکیده

This paper suggests an improved method for the sample preparation to quantify vanadium, chromium, nickel and copper in tool steel high-speed by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The suggested prepared two specimen solutions containing different internal standard elements: one included quantifications of vanadium or cobalt quantification chromium another phosphoric acid nickel, after was digested with mixture hydrofluoric acid, nitric a microwave oven. A multi-wavelength high-resolution spectrometer system employed be simultaneously measured lines several pairs analyte element, such as cobalt, iron, phosphorus oxide, nickel. standards contributed more accurate precise samples.
